Automatic Ink Delivery System
The AUTOPRINT Ink Management System ( AIMS) is designed for use on high volume packaging lines. It automatically dispenses ink from HP bulk ink cartridges to high speed thermal inkjet printers.
More Ink Capacity
The system dispenses 700 ml of ink from dual bulk supplies that can be connected to 1, 3, 4, 6, or 8-head AUTOPRINT printers and all HP thermal inkjet printers. The ergonomic design of the AIMS ink delivery system makes it simple and quick to replenish HP bulk ink supplies.
Greater Up Time
Designed for use on packaging lines, the AIMS system increases production efficiency, up-time and useful life. The closed loop design and regulated ink flow prevents ink leaks. The ink delivery system and the HP bulk ink package are robust and require little maintenance. The large capacity of the two HP bulk ink supplies minimizes operator intervention and the bulk cartridges can be replaced independently on-the-fly. The system automatically switches from an empty cartridge to the full cartridge; signals that it’s time to put in a new bulk cartridge and allows ample time for replacement. The system is clean and easy to use.

The AIMS system reduces the cost of printing each package. Ink is less expensive to buy in bulk packages; the system utilizes every drop of ink; and long, uninterrupted runs minimize labor time and maximize production output.
