HP TIJ inks dry and bond quickly to corrugate substrates. When used with high resolution AUTOPRINT® printers,
these inks produce text and barcodes that are clear and durable, exactly the “license plate” needed to move
shipping cartons from the packaging line to their final delivery destination.

The New AUTOPRINT® Ink Management System (AIMS) is designed to increase printing efficiency and reduce the cost of each print copy.

The system automatically feeds a total of 700 ml of ink simultaneously to three, four, six or eight printheads.

INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION

The AUTOPRINT® Ink Management System includes a control box which holds two HP industrial bulk ink supplies, the ink flow regulators and a printhead connector assembly.

EASY TO SETUP AND USE

The ink management system dispenses ink from the
bulk ink supply cartridge through the regulators to
the individual printhead cartridges. When a bulk
cartridge empties, the controller automatically
switches to the other bulk cartridge and the system
continues to operate. The empty cartridge is reported
on the control panel, or by an optional light pole or
audible alarm.

The Control Panel Displays the System’s Status:

• On/off switch powers the system
• In use light (green) tells which bulk ink cartridge is in use
• Light indicates that cartridges are properly installed
• Empty light (red) tells when a cartridge is empty
