The AUTOPRINT® in-line carton printer is equipped to print all of the package
identifiers that are required for shipping cartons:

• Product and carton specific information, such as product name, description, contents and origin...
all in true type fonts.
• Real time information, such as production lot
and date codes.
• Promotional images, such as graphics, logos
and profiles... in spot colors to suit marketings requirements
• All common barcode symbologies including UPC,
Code 39 and I 2 of 5

AUTOPRINT® outer carton printers can be scaled to print and code larger corrugated cases by adding one or more printstations.
 

AUTOPRINT® carton printers feature Hewlett Packard inkjet technology for printing clear and legible messages and barcodes on corrugated cartons. The print quality is unsurpassed. The vertical print resolution is 600 dpi and the horizontal resolution is adjustable from 150 up to 600 dpi.

HP TIJ inks dry and bond quickly to corrugate substrates. When used with high resolution AUTOPRINT® printers, these inks produce text and barcodes that are clear, water-fast and durable. Exactly the “license plate” needed to read and track shipping cartons from the packaging line to their final delivery destination. With many spot color options, secondary packages can be printed with alpha-numerics, barcodes, graphics and logos that are clear, attractive and endure the rigors of shipping and receiving.

Quick and Accurate Message Creation

The versatility of MessageMaker® WYSIWYG software allows users to organize variable text and barcode data into message formats quickly and accurately. Graphics, such as logos and product images, can be electronically scanned and easily added to the message library.

Modular Systems Easy to Setup,

AUTOPRINT® series 300 printers are easy to configure for printing on any side or the top of a large range of carton sizes. Each printstation holds three or six cartridge printheads. A line integraton kit includes carton guides, adjustable mounts, product sensors and a line encoder to control print location and registration. The print area can be configured for small, medium or large messages up to 6 inches high, 28 inches long.
