The brain of the system is the AUTOPRINT® Operating Software with it’s user-friendly operator interface menus and point-and-click help screens. Set up and production information can be displayed on the monitor as needed.

The AUTOPRINT® flat box printing system, featuring HP inkjet technology, is a high-speed system for printing package identifiers on flat chipboard boxes before they are filled with product. This unique system identifies generic packages with product name, description, part number, date and lot code, country of origin and corresponding barcodes with minimal setup.
Even logos and product images can be printed
on-demand, just-in-time.

An in-line scan/reject module may be added to check barcode legibility and accuracy. The scanner/verifier reads and grades barcodes to assure that barcode print quality is at an acceptable ANSI grade level. Cartons with unacceptable barcodes are automatically rejected.

With bar code compliance programs and penalties becoming more prevalent, this quality assurance feature pays for itself. It is fully automatic with no operator involvement. A curved conveyor brings completed cartons back to the operator.

 

Designed For Wide Range of Sealed End, Tuck and Auto Bottom Boxes

The high-speed AUTOPRINT® transport moves cartons at more than 150 feet per minute. A broad variety of carton types, including standard reverse tuck and auto-bottom, can be transported with perfect registration. All key operating controls and functions are within easy reach of the operator.

Versatile thermal inkjet print stations print human-readable and barcode information on demand. The print stations can be moved to print 1.5 x 13.5 inch message areas anywhere on the top, side or front panel.

Various color inks are available including black, blue, red and green. Ink can match printed boxes or decorate plain cartons.

Sealed End, Straight Tuck, Reverse Tuck and Auto Bottom.
Finishes:
Plain, Uncoated, and Water Base Aqueous (with a Blank "Spare Out" Print Area) are usually suitable for thermal inkjet printing. Samples of actual finished cartons should be submitted for testing so that print samples can be reviewed prior to system selection.
